Event Waiver and Release of Liability

By signing below, I agree to the following:

1. Assumption of Risk: I understand that participating in " The Uncomfortable Challenge" involves physical and/or mental challenges that may cause discomfort, strain, or stress. I acknowledge that these activities could involve risks, including but not limited to physical injury, emotional distress, or personal discomfort. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.

2. Health and Safety: I affirm that I am in good health and physical condition and am capable of safely participating in this event. I have consulted a physician if I have any concerns about my ability to safely participate. I agree to follow all safety instructions provided by the event organizers, staff, or volunteers.

3. Release of Liability: I hereby release, indemnify, and hold harmless the event organizers, sponsors, volunteers, and all individuals or organizations involved in "The Uncomfortable Challenge" from any and all liability, claims, damages, or expenses arising out of or related to my participation in the event, whether caused by the negligence of the organizers or otherwise.

4. Medical Treatment: In the event of an injury or emergency, I consent to receiving medical treatment if necessary. I understand that I am responsible for all medical expenses incurred as a result of any injury during the event.

5. Media Release: I grant permission to the event organizers to use my name, image, or likeness in any promotional materials, media, or advertising related to the event, without compensation.

6. Code of Conduct: I agree to act responsibly and respectfully during the event. I understand that failure to comply with the event rules or conduct myself in a manner deemed inappropriate by the event organizers may result in my removal from the event without refund.

7. Acknowledgment of Understanding: I acknowledge that I have read and fully understand this waiver and release. I am voluntarily participating in the event and understand the risks involved. I agree to abide by the event rules and the decisions of the event organizers.
