THE UNCOMFORTABLE CHALLENGE
Started in 2023, The Uncomfortable Challenge is a community initiative designed to help spark uncomfortable conversations around mental health and drive meaningful change.
The Uncomfortable Challenge kicks off in July and all money raised goes directly to Speak & Share, to support the incredible work they do and help provide those in high risk areas with the practical tools and resources they need to care for their own mental well-being.
HOW TO TAKE PART
1. Click "Register" to create an account (you can sign up as an individual or join a team)
2. Each week for the month of July complete something that is outside your comfort zone
3. Share your page far and wide to help raise much needed funds in support of mental health
*Every $10 raised = 1 entry into the weekly giveaway
